CCA Prep is an independent study app for certification exams: Claude Certified Architect – Foundations and Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or Salesforce. This page explains what data the app and the website (ccaprep.vercel.app) keep and why.
Without an account
Your answers, practice and exam progress and settings are stored only on your device. Nothing is sent to us.
With an account
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, your email address (Apple may give a private relay address) and the provider’s user id. We store them with your study progress so you can continue on any device. A session cookie keeps you signed in.
Where it is stored
Account data and synced progress are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon in the EU (Frankfurt); the website runs on Vercel. Data is transferred over HTTPS.
What we do not do
No advertising, no tracking across apps or websites, no selling or sharing of your data. We use your data only to provide the study features.
Reminders
Review reminders in the iOS app are local notifications scheduled on your device; no notification data leaves your phone.
Deleting your data
Signing out removes your progress from the device. In the app or on the website go to Account → Delete account to permanently delete your account and everything stored with it.
